Shipping and Handling Charges

We are currently having a fixed shipping rates of $5.99 USD to all destination worldwide. Our shipping & handling charges cover the expenses we incur to process, pack, and ship your order. 

Part of the goods will be shipped directly from our domestic warehouses, while the remaining items are produced and shipped directly from our own factories located in the United States, Canada and Australia.

Shipping Limitations

We ship worldwide and accept a wide range of shipping destinations. Nonetheless, in case your country may not be supported by our logistics, we will inform you right away and make necessary changes to your order. To know about our destination listings, contact us via support@owalaliving.com.

Delivery Times

While most orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays), will typically ship within 5-7 business days and arrive in between 10-20 business days after the shipment date, some circumstances may result in delayed shipping or delivery:

• Credit card payment issue

• Incorrect shipping address

• Severe weather impacting normal delivery times

• Orders held because items are out of stock. On infrequent occasions, we may be out of stock. In this case your order may take longer. We will contact you if this happens.

Tracking Your Package

We know you are eager to receive your order. When your package ships, we will send you an e-mail notification that contains a link to which you can track your shipment. You can also track the status of your shipment at 17track.net.

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to processing and fulfillment procedures, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been shipped.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@owalaliving.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Our support team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions or arrange a replacement.

All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that certain products, such as personalized or perishable goods, are not eligible for return.
