Every Owala Living® product is covered by a Two-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Material or Workmanship Defects
If your Owala Living® product arrives with a manufacturing flaw or develops an issue related to materials or craftsmanship within the warranty period, we will replace the defective part — or the entire product if necessary — at no cost.

Our warranty applies when products are used and cared for according to their intended purpose and care instructions.

Like all warranties, ours has reasonable limits. It does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, chips, dents, faded color, etc.)
- Accidental damage (drops, impact, distortion, or misuse)
- Cosmetic-only issues that do not affect performance
- Odors, mold, or rust caused by improper cleaning or storage
- Damage from dishwashers when hand-washing is recommended
- Lost or stolen items
- Third-party engravings, modifications, or alterations
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or secondhand marketplaces

Our warranty covers the functional lifetime of the product within a period of two (2) years from the original purchase date.
If your item qualifies, we’ll provide a fair resolution based on availability, which may include a replacement part, product, or voucher of equivalent value.

Yes — customized Owala Living® products are covered under the same Two-Year Limited Warranty for defects related to the product itself.
Please note:
Custom artwork or engraving services are not covered under warranty. For concerns related specifically to customization, please refer to our Customization Terms & Conditions.

Are special editions covered?
Absolutely. All Owala Living® products — including limited-edition releases — are covered under our Two-Year Limited Warranty for material and workmanship defects.
If the original color or style is no longer available, an equivalent product of equal value will be offered.

- Prepare your proof of purchase
A receipt or order confirmation from an authorized retailer is required. - Show us the issue
We may request a photo or short video to verify the defect. - Submit the claim
Complete our warranty claim form with your details and supporting information. - Send in your product (if requested)
Occasionally, we may ask you to return the item for inspection. If so, we’ll cover the shipping cost.
Once approved, we’ll provide a replacement item or appropriate solution at no charge.

Owala Living® makes no other warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
This warranty becomes void if the product is altered or repaired by any party other than Owala Living®. We reserve the right to request photographic proof, documentation, or return of defective products. Warranty coverage is not transferable, and monetary refunds are not provided.
Our total liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for consequential, incidental, or special damages of any kind.
